CereServ is a partnership which was created to proactively promote and service the Monsanto brands of seed, traits, and chemistry in Northern Indiana by offering a difference in the quality of employees, and their background in the field of agronomy. As the trait portfolio of Monsanto continues to grow, so will the knowledge of CereServ's sales agronomists. The reason for this one on one business approach is simple, by getting to know our customer and their operation, we can make the best possible placements of products on the farm and increase customer satisfaction and success. Our sales agronomists are cross trained in every aspect of agronomy with practical experience in providing practical solutions. Having an agronomist available as a seed provider proves useful throughout the growing season as questions arise in soil fertility, herbicide programs, disease, and pest issues. This is the difference between doing business with more traditional seed dealerships and CereServ. We strive to be the experts and provide the service that growers expect and appreciate.

As CereServ continues to set new standards in the seed industry, we are also actively promoting Monsanto corn hybrids and soybean varieties to end users in the bio-fuel, animal agriculture, and food processing industries. As we look towards the future, CereServ will expand services as needed to allow for new opportunities in grain marketing and channeling, as well as consulting services beyond the superior agronomic advice and service already provided to each customer. CereServ is dedicated and will maximize every opportunity and resource to provide the best package of genetics, service and agronomic expertise.

CereServ Inc. has recruited Ryan Sieber CCA whom will lead the sales force in promotion of the Monsanto Seed Sales brands DeKalb and Asrgrow in the Kosciusko, Marshall and Pulaski County sales regions. Ryan is a Plymouth native and is a 1993 graduate of Plymouth High School . He then attended Purdue University and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in the School of Agriculture . Ryan, his wife Denise, son John, and daughter Grace now call Culver, Indiana home where they enjoy life in the country. Ryan is a Certified Crop Advisor and has a very strong agronomy background. He has obtained a great amount of experience serving the agronomy industry for the past 14 years. This experience has given Ryan the tools and training in soil fertility, chemistry, seed and traits, GIS soil testing, and is able to use this broad knowledge and skill set to better understand a grower and his needs. Ryan has actually been known to say that "He would like to be considered an asset for any operation that he works with." Cereserv is excited to have Ryan and his enthusiasm for the industry of agriculture on the team. Ryan will be supported locally by Monsanto representatives Joe Farmer, CCA, Tom Walberg, CCA, Kevin Russell, CCA, and Mike Buck, CCA.
